Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
We offer Base Plus, meaning you will always earn an hourly pay rate, PLUS a commission off every service and retail sold. This is to ensure you are being properly paid for all of your time- whether you're folding towels, attending a meeting or servicing clients. We also have clear goals in place to earn raises and price increases throughout the year.

Front Desk Team
Our front desk team is the heart of the salon! You are the first and last person clients interact with, making your job integral to the client experience. Front Desk team members keep the salon running smoothly. We have both full time (30+ hours, daytime weekdays) and part time (15-20 hours, evenings and Saturdays) positions. Apprentice Stylist
The goal of our apprenticeship program is to expand on your cosmetology education so you feel confident for whatever a client might bring you when you start working behind the chair. Our program is hands on, working with experienced stylists to not only grow your technical color and cutting skills, but also customer service, social media and business skills.
